I purchased or recharged my account, but do not want my credit card saved
After you have made your purchase, or recharged, and are signed in, click on 'My Profile' on the left. In the credit card information field at the bottom, you will see the last 4 digits of the registered credit card. Replace this with any other number, such as 0, then click Update. Your number is no longer saved. Remember, if you want to recharge your account, you will have to go back to this field and reenter your credit card number before recharging. Hide this answer
I try to make a call but get the prompt 'Please enter your registered telephone number' I enter my number and get the message 'That PIN is invalid.'
This is because your telephone number has not been registered. Remember, the phone numbers you initially entered upon signing up were just for contact information and credit card validation. You can register the number you are calling from by entering your 10-digit account number on the phone. This number is displayed when you log in to the web site. You can also add more phone numbers by logging in and clicking on 'Registered Phones' and then adding the new phone numbers. Hide this answer
